Job Description
- Support our VP of Engineering by managing documentation coordinating internal communications and assisting with various projects.
- Organise and moderate internal workshops handling logistics preparation facilitation and followup.
- Monitor and report on risk and costs ensuring alignment among teams and stakeholders.
- Maintain and summarise records and updates to support decisionmaking and improve crossteam communication.
- Drive continuous improvement by helping refine processes and workflows.
Please note that this office is in Stuttgart and you will have to work onsite at least 1 day a week
Qualifications :
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelors or Masters program in Business Administration Information Technology Engineering or a related field.
- Effective communicator who enjoys working with different teams and stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and a structured reliable working style.
- Comfortable working with data and multiple tools for documentation and analysis.
- Familiarity with Excel and MS Office.
