Job Description
- Leading the RBU with scope on regional P&L (Regional result; forecast and actual incl. all cost buckets)
- Application of global BU strategy to regional focus including definition of tactical priorities for strategy execution in collaboration with Go-to-market (GTM) Value Stream Excellence (VSE) and other Enabling Functions (EF)
- Bring regional requirements trends etc. to global forums (e.g. PA leaders GP BV) to ensure the strategic points are developed and captured within the MA-TG strategy
- Regional/country coordination of regulatory/data contract topics for MA-TG incl. impact on MA such as right to repair OE data contracts etc.
- Support of the GTM organization in the region esp. concerning customer specific and cross-PA solutions
- GTS contact for RP and relevant key accounts within the region Coordination/Solving/Leading of GTS functions within the region; in various aspects; product offering supply chain performance and product development process and priorities.
- Operational issues between involved GTS GTM and VSE or EF functions in the respective region
- Support activities/initiatives which are cross BUs and/or cross department
- Active development of the regional team/associates foster strong teams identifying and promoting local talent
- Support and adapt MA-TG competence and resource planning and decisions to the regional setup
Qualifications :
- Multiple year experience in BBM product driven business; ideally experience in aftermarket business
- Wide external industrial and internal BBM networking and excellent collaboration
- Entrepreneurial thinking and acting strong in decision making and focusing on results understands and sees the whole picture of a complex worldwide organization and its segments by having an overarching business view
- Experiences in shaping business models
- Strong (transformational) leadership capabilities able to act as a mentor for the organization proven leadership track record in an international environment.
- Pleasure in corporate and business development as well as being comfortable with uncertainty and decision taking in highly complex and volatile environments.
- Passionate about continuous improvements and execution of agile solution development
