Playtech Managed Services is looking for a communicative Risk Trainer to join our team at Playtechs new Brazilian Playtech Managed (PTMS) Services in So Paulo SP. If you have strong communication skills and a positive attitude we want to hear from you!
Your influential mission. You will...
- Conducts onboarding training for new members of the risk department.
- Coordinate risk management trainings and refreshers.
- Creates and maintains existing process documentation and guides with relevant up-to-date information.
- Follows the changes and implements the knowledge into the training.
- Provides specific periodic reports to management.
Qualifications :

- Are a Native Brazilian Portuguese speaker.
- Are fluent in English.
- Have 2 years of previous experience in a similar role.
- Have strong knowledge of the risk and payments field.
- Possess strong communication and presentation skills.
- Are a team player with a positive attitude.
