Compensation: $29.22/hour (plus $ for Spanish Bilingual)
Hours: Regular full-time (40 hours/week)
Benefits: 100% premium paid Medical Dental Vision and Life Insurance Agency paid Retirement plan (up to 6%) almost 16 weeks of paid time total accrual during the first five years (increases after that) plus 10 paid Holidays annually and a separate sick leave accrual

The services offered by our organization are designed to help people build a future for themselves and their families while recognizing that some may need a continuum of support throughout their lives.
Overview of Key Duties and Responsibilities:
The Executive Specialist directly supports the Executive Director by completing a variety of administrative tasks that promote the growth of NeighborImpacts programs and the agency as a whole. This position will serve as one of the main points of contact for the NeighborImpact Board of Directors as well as the Community Action Foundation of Central Oregon Board of Directors. The daily responsibilities of this role will include but are not limited to scheduling meetings for the Executive Director Board of Directors and committees; overseeing administrative work for conducting meetings such as creating agendas compiling meeting materials and recording meeting minutes; and planning meetings retreats and select social events.
This position serves as staff support for the Management and Leadership Teams and frequently involves providing support to individual programs to support their administrative needs. This work is of a complex and highly confidential nature requiring discretion and collaboration with executive-level contacts. The ideal candidate for this position is a highly organized individual who can multi-task work independently on miscellaneous tasks with little guidance and communicate effectively and professionally with both internal and external contacts.
Position Qualifications:
Valid drivers license.
Proof of current auto insurance. Must provide current liability insurance.
Access to reliable transportation required.
