Job Description
Hose & Rubber Supply is a regional company in the Rocky Mountain West with six store locations over five states. We strive to identify and satisfy our customers needs with our extensive hose and fitting knowledge large hydraulic and industrial hose and fittings inventory and hydraulic CNC tube bender. We pride ourselves on problem solving for our wide variety of customers whether in the oilfield construction medical manufacturing military or government.
As a Warehouse Associate you would be responsible to perform various functions within the warehouse. Warehouse duties include receiving and putting away product handling shipment and product issues with vendors assembling and shipping orders and inventory cycle counting at our location in Williston ND.
This is a full-time position with benefits.
The Warehouse Associate duties include but are not limited to:
- Receiving and putting away product within 24 hours
- Handling issues with shipments and product in a timely manner with vendors customers purchasing and accounting
- Assembling packaging and shipping product per requirements to customers and vendors
- Cycle counting inventory
- Reviewing and processing weekly reports to ensure inventory accuracy
- Maintaining the cleanliness of the shop
- Ensure inventory accuracy by updating the system when issues are seen or working to get issues resolved.
The job requires:
- Ability to lift up to 75lbs at a time
- Ability to perform physical tasks in a warehouse environment
- Attention to detail
- Basic computer and math skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
Level of Education and Work Experience:
- Must be 18 years or older to operate crimper forklift shop machinery etc.
- General education degree (GED) H.S. diploma associates or bachelors degree
- Prior warehouse or similar industry experience preferred
Compensation and Benefits:
- Hourly: $22.00 - $34.50 per hour (base pay of $22.00/hour to $27.50/hour plus quarterly profit sharing)
- Schedule: 40 hours a week; Monday to Friday with scheduled Saturday morning rotations (8 am - noon)
