Working hours:Monday to Friday 30 hours per week (9:30 AM 4:30 PM with a 60-minute unpaid break)
We are seeking a highly experienced and motivatedBand 7 Senior Pharmacistto join our client across sites in Epsom and Sutton. The successful candidate must be willing to work cross-site and will play a key role in delivering high-quality pharmaceutical care within a multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities
In this role you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the safe effective and efficient use of medicines across both sites. You will provide expert clinical input support junior pharmacy staff and ensure compliance with relevant legislation and guidelines. Your duties will include reviewing prescriptions advising on medication management liaising with medical and nursing teams and contributing to service development initiatives. You will also be expected to maintain accurate records participate in audits and promote best practice in all aspects of pharmaceutical care.
