Job Description

What You Will Do:

  • Represent a portfolio of 210 hotels managing group sales for 50349 room nights with clear quarterly productivity goals.
  • Qualify prioritize and respond to mid-sized group leadsfocusing on profitability and long-term relationships.
  • Manage year for year and short- to mid-term transactions (up to 24 months out).
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with new repeat and past clients to grow future business.
  • Utilize brand platforms systems and tools to optimize responses elevate the client experience and deliver flawless execution.
  • Stay actively engaged in all brand sales programs Atrium initiatives and ongoing learning opportunities to keep your skills sharp and relevant.


What We Are Looking For:

  • 2 years of experience in sales marketing or communications (hospitality preferred).
  • Strong working knowledge of Delphi FDC or Marriott CI/TY (multi-brand platform knowledge a plus).
  • Excellent communication organization and prioritization skills.
  • A high-energy client-first approach with a drive to exceed goals.
