Welcome customers and create a positive friendly dealership experience
Identify customer needs and recommend vehicles that match their preferences and lifestyle
Demonstrate vehicle features technology and benefits clearly and professionally
Conduct test drives and follow all dealership safety protocols
Meet or surpass monthly sales targets and performance expectations
Stay knowledgeable about inventory incentives and new model updates
Complete all sales documentation accurately and efficiently
Maintain consistent follow-up to support customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business
Review personal performance to continually improve sales techniques and results
Previous sales experience in the automotive industry is a plus but not required
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong negotiation ability and a confident positive attitude
Organized self-motivated and committed to reaching goals
Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
Ability to pass background and drug screening
