Job Description

Were seeking a Principal Product Manager - Technical to spearhead the transformation of our promotional capabilities and accelerate our three-year architecture roadmap. This role will be instrumental in shaping how we deliver value to customers through innovative promotional experiences.

This role requires a leader who can think strategically about our long-term technical direction while executing tactically to deliver immediate value. Youll work closely with engineering teams business stakeholders and partner organizations to drive our technical evolution and enhance our promotional capabilities.

Key job responsibilities
- Drive the technical vision and strategy for next-generation promotional capabilities focusing on scalability performance and customer value
- Lead the architectural transformation of our promotional systems working closely with engineering teams to define and execute our three-year modernization roadmap
- Identify and deliver new promotional capabilities that enhance customer experience and drive business growth
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure technical solutions align with business objectives and customer needs
- Own strategic highly visible delivery and adoption goals for new promotional capabilities
- Drive technical decision-making across multiple teams and stakeholders


About the team
The WW Promotions Customer Experience team is dedicated to delivering exceptional promotional experiences that delight our customers and drive business growth. We design innovate and deliver new experiences to help customers discover great deals and promotions around the world.

- Bachelors degree
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience technical product management

- Experience working directly with Engineers on product enhancements
- Experience in project management methodologies business analysis or process improvement

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $161900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $279900/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered equity sign-on payments and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits.
