SALARY: $23.00/hour
COMPANY:
JOB RESPONSIBILITES:
Assisting/providing administrative support for recruitment and selection of talent programs
Assist with administrative tasks and scheduling for events related to talent program recruitment
Utilize applicant tracking system (Workday) to manage candidate recruitment process from application through hire
Support various special projects and initiatives within the Early Career space
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelors Degree preferred
Previous full-cycle recruitment experience preferred
Must be available to work five days per week onsite at St. Louis Headquarters
Ability to listen and communicate effectively
Excellent organizational skills and abilities
Detail-oriented and committed to a high degree of accuracy
Capable of effectively managing multiple demands from a variety of sources
Proficient in Microsoft Suite of tools (Word PowerPoint Excel etc.)
