Your main tasks will be following:
- Managing monthly Customer data (sell-in / sell-out of Distributors / Distributors Inventories database) and control their coherence and relevance
- Preparing regular sales reports and analysis customers product categories;
- Creation and maintaining of various data dictionaries in terms of products and Customers hierarchies for best possible data insights
- Sales teams target split tools preparation for all DOSs
- Anticipation/assessment of new business requirements and industrializing them (if possible) into new/existing tools
- Key user and responsibility for SFA system (day-to-day administration of the tool automated reporting tools creation and maintenance; development of new functionalities transferring manual tasks to automated mode; route optimization process leading)
- Integration of data from different sources in terms of both sell-in and sell-out
- Sales Order Excel document creation and maintenance
- Excel expert supporting of various roles with development of tools helping them to work more efficiently
What youll bring to BIC:
- University degree/Last year student in Science
- Experience of working with details and with big databases and data management
- Very high proficiency in MS Excel including VBA
- High capabilities in Power BI tools (Query Pivot) or relational model database background (SQL is an advantage)
- Sales landscape and processes understanding(nice to have)
- Process automation mindset
- Knowledge of any ERP (JDE is an advantage)
- Problem solving
- Entrepreneurial spirit - hands on
- Ability to work under pressure
- Attention to details
- Fluent in Polish
