Five9 is looking for a presales Majors Solution Consultant to lead and manage all aspects of the technical sales process for our Five9 Intelligent CX Contact Center platform supporting strategic net new opportunities. This includes collaborating on sales proposals providing pre-sales support to the Majors Sales Team solution selling and making best practice recommendations which enable our Customers to get optimal results from their Contact Center. We are looking for professionals who have several years of experience with operating selling or servicing customer contact/engagement centers for sales or service particularly those with experience in working with large global enterprise clients with complex requirements. Your relevant experience is paramount to being considered. Experience with AI-driven solutions customer experience strategy and enterprise cloud contact center platforms is highly desirable. Candidates should possess a high level of professionalism persistence focus and ability to execute while selling or serving our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Viewed as a Contact Center SME internally and externally to the Solutions Consulting organization.
- Strong ability to deliver compelling presentations to large groups remotely and in person.
- Experience managing complex issues to resolution by building consensus across a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrable experience selling to deals over $3M ACV.
- Act as liaison between Solution Consulting and Product Management to help guide the Five9 Product Strategy.
- Collaborate with Sales Directors to create deal specific solution visions and appropriate talk tracks.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design processes and methodologies that support selling to and growth in the Fortune 500 market.
- Review and analyze current Five9 and ISV solutions and their ability to support Strategic Sales objectives.
- Identify and propose specific strategies initiatives and remedies necessary to align Five9 technology with Strategic Sales objectives.
- Ability to qualify complex projects and understand the details of complex projects.
- Experience negotiating persuading and driving issues to resolution. Builds support and agreement by engaging all interested parties and understanding their perspective(s)
Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Equivalent Experience preferred.
- 10 Years of experience in relevant roles preferred.
- Extensive on-site and web-based Executive presentation experience and skills.
- Outstanding verbal written and presentation skills with the ability to foster effective customer relationships.
- Proven record of successful solution selling demonstrations and presentations to close deals.
- Technical aptitude and a high degree of self-motivation to learn new technologies including building live presentation environments and proof of concepts for prospects and customers.
- Experience with Enterprise architecture design.
- Contact Center industry experience.
