Description

Are you a hands-on HR professional with a passion for people and operational excellence Rabat Marriott Hotel is looking for a Human Resources Manager to support our dynamic team and help shape a thriving workplace culture.

Reporting to the Director of Human Resources youll play a key role in delivering HR services that drive associate engagement support business success and ensure compliance with local laws and Marriott standards.

What Youll Do:
  • Recruit & Hire Top Talent: Lead recruitment efforts attend job fairs and partner with local organizations to build a strong talent pipeline.
  • Support Employee Development: Coordinate onboarding training and cross-functional development to empower associates at every level.
  • Champion Employee Relations: Foster open communication support conflict resolution and promote a positive inclusive work environment.
  • Ensure Legal & Policy Compliance: Maintain accurate employee records support audits and uphold safety privacy and labor standards.
  • Drive HR Operations: Manage benefits compensation processes and HR systems to ensure smooth daily operations.
What Were Looking For:
  • High school diploma with 3 years of HR or operations experience
    OR
    2-year degree in HR or Business with 1 year of relevant experience
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • A proactive service-oriented mindset
  • Experience in hospitality or a fast-paced environment is a plus
