FINANCIAL PLANNING AND ACCOUNTING MANAGER
Work closely with Dr. Reddys Business Finance and other Functional SPOCs to obtain quality data as per agreed SLAs.
Participate actively in the Monthly Business Planning Process to deliver an accurate and timely LE Financial Forecast (Full Year/By quarter). Conduct Variance Analysis with previous LE.
Support decision making by financial evaluation of various scenarios including historical trends.
Participate actively in providing inputs for strategy development and support with comprehensive scenario planning to facilitate long term management decision making.
Make sure quality financial information (incl replacement costings value pricing etc.) is used for decision making supported with adequate external & internal benchmarking.
Make sure adherence to budgets for A&P Distribution and Fixed Office Overheads. Conduct monthly Variance Analysis and highlight by exception areas requiring management attention.
Supporting New Products Process with thought through financials
Drive Cost Improvement Initiatives across value chain to bring efficiency in the P&L.
Coordinating for receipt of Transfer Prices from JV Partners and Co-mans. Monitor any changes from previous prices with reasons thereof.
Coordinate along with Dr. Reddys SPOC for preparation of Statutory Financial Statements of the JV Co in compliance with the Companies Act.
Coordinate with the Statutory External Auditors for the satisfactory audit of the Financial Statements.
