Job Description

Dua Pa is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to support a Founder and CEO located in Europe on a contractual basis. Renewal is dependent on performance. The ideal candidate will have strong written communication and project management skills as well as experience working with creatives in the media/art/entertainment industries. 

Below are some of the key duties of the role:

  • Manage the schedule and calendar of the executive including scheduling appointments coordinating meetings and events
  • Handle email and messaging correspondence on behalf of the executive including responding to inquiries and drafting professional communications
  • Manage projects for the executive including setting project timelines coordinating with team members and tracking progress
  • Create reports
  • Assist with the preparation of presentations and other materials for meetings and events
  • Research and initiate sponsorships and partnership opportunities
  • Handle very sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Provide general administrative support as needed

Qualifications :

  • Available for flexible part-time hours (40ish hours a month)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are critical.
  • Change management skills are preferred.
  • 2 years of experience with project management
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • 3 years of experience with Microsoft Office (Word Powerpoint Excel etc.) & Microsoft 365
  • Familiar with Whatsapp Slack Google tools (Gmail Gcal etc.) social media tools and has a home office environment.
  • Experience supporting international creative executives or in the media industry is preferred.
  • Bachelors degree.
  • Fluent in English.


Additional Information :

Schedule: Part-time contract

Reliable and stable internet is a must as this role is 100% remote (Note: client has local needs on occasion)
