Description

Would you like to use your Italian and English skills to support one of the worlds most iconic automotive brands As a Italian and English-speaking Customer Service Representative you will be part of our team in Romania providing professional and friendly assistance to customers throughout their journey.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing excellent support to customers via phone chat and other communication platforms;
  • Guiding customers through both the purchasing and post purchase processes;
  • Working closely with internal teams to find appropriate and timely solutions;
  • Accurately updating customer records and databases;
  • Recommending tailored product and service solutions based on customer needs;
  • Adapting to business needs and supporting tasks to ensure efficient service delivery;
  • Representing the voice and values of a globally recognized automotive brand.

What were looking for:

  • Strong Italian and English language skills (B2 level upwards);
  • Motivation to deliver outstanding customer experience;
  • Availability for 6 weeks of fulltime training (MonFri9:0018:00);
  • Flexibility to work on a rotating 24/7 shift schedule after training;
  • Excellent communication problem solving and teamwork skills;
  • Prior experience in customer service is a plus but not mandatory.
