DescriptionWould you like to use your Italian and English skills to support one of the worlds most iconic automotive brands As a Italian and English-speaking Customer Service Representative you will be part of our team in Romania providing professional and friendly assistance to customers throughout their journey.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing excellent support to customers via phone chat and other communication platforms;
- Guiding customers through both the purchasing and post purchase processes;
- Working closely with internal teams to find appropriate and timely solutions;
- Accurately updating customer records and databases;
- Recommending tailored product and service solutions based on customer needs;
- Adapting to business needs and supporting tasks to ensure efficient service delivery;
- Representing the voice and values of a globally recognized automotive brand.
What were looking for:
- Strong Italian and English language skills (B2 level upwards);
- Motivation to deliver outstanding customer experience;
- Availability for 6 weeks of fulltime training (MonFri9:0018:00);
- Flexibility to work on a rotating 24/7 shift schedule after training;
- Excellent communication problem solving and teamwork skills;
- Prior experience in customer service is a plus but not mandatory.
