Position Brief & Process Summary
A key member of AXA Health Quality Audit team performing quality audits for AXA GOBO / AXA Health UK staff
Key Accountabilities
- Working knowledge of AXA Health UK Claims is a mandatory requirement
- Conduct quality audits for AXA GOBO/ AXA Health UK teams on non-voice areas in line with QA guidelines and have robust feedback mechanism in place for reduction in errors and improvement in quality
- Being pro-active and taking end-to-end accountability and complete ownership of any audits impacting internal and external stakeholders
- Assist in creating updating and maintaining documents from audits perspective GIA/ISO/ISMS/RCSA etc
- Meet and exceed individual Objectives including Competencies and aid in team meeting SLAs
- Good excel skills assist in preparation of routine and Management reports with minimum training / supervision
- Provide Expert Technical Support to the Team Members
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting to Customers and Managers
Qualifications
Specific Knowledge required
- Working knowledge of AXA Health UK Claims is mandatory Min. tenure of 24 months in AXA Health UK Claims
