What Were Looking For:
- Proven leadership in dealership accounting operations
- Minimum 5 years of automotive accounting experience
- CDK DMS experience is required (no exceptions)
- Strong understanding of schedules reconciliations AR/AP payroll and financial statement preparation
- High level of integrity attention to detail and process discipline
- Ability to manage and develop a team while holding accountability
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with variable and fixed departments
