Position Summary:
The Project Manager (PM) is responsible for leading the successful delivery of 35 key client projects ensuring alignment with business objectives and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. This role oversees the entire project lifecyclefrom initiation and planning through execution monitoring and closurewhile ensuring projects are completed on time within scope and on budget.
The PM will collaborate with cross-functional internal teams and external partners to define project milestones assign tasks track progress and report on outcomes. They will also produce regular updates for senior leadership ensuring visibility into project status and performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate internal teams and external vendors/partners to meet project goals while upholding budget safety and performance KPIs.
- Develop comprehensive project plans and schedules; monitor progress to ensure milestones are achieved.
- Manage changes to scope timeline and budget using appropriate validation and change management techniques.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
- Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with clients vendors and stakeholders striving to deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
- Monitor and analyze project performance to ensure alignment with short- and long-term objectives.
- Meet financial targets and make adjustments based on ongoing budget analysis.
- Ensure project outcomes meet or exceed expectations for quality satisfaction and operational effectiveness.
- Proactively identify and resolve issues; escalate to senior leadership as needed for resolution.
- Regular travel (2550%) to project sites corporate offices and Centers of Excellence as required.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Industrial Engineering or a related field (required).
- PMP certification preferred.
- 24 years of hands-on project management and leadership experience ideally within large-scale multi-site environments.
- Experience in e-commerce retail distribution fulfillment software automation or logistics preferred.
- Proven ability to perform under pressure in high-stakes environments while maintaining professionalism and focus.
- Ability to interpret and understand automated system design layouts and technical schematics.
- Strong relationship-building skills with a focus on client advocacy and executive-level communication.
- Self-motivated decisive and solutions-driven with a proactive mindset.
- Demonstrates strong business acumen and financial oversight with excellent organizational and project management abilities.
- High ethical standards and professionalism.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interface across all levels of an organization.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Project.
- Salary of $140k - $160k/year
