Position: Vehicle Sales Administrator
Location: Leatherhead
Salary: Up to 30000 (dependent on experience)
Company: Reputable Prestige Car Dealership Group
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact customers to confirm orders
- Communicate with leasing company partners (via phone email and online platforms)
- Process new car orders (from quote to delivery)
- Order vehicles using the manufacturers system
- Manage internal dealer management systems for vehicle stocking orders and invoicing
- Book vehicles for pre-delivery inspection
- Handle vehicle registration invoicing and handover paperwork
- Complete weekly status reports
- Maintain high service levels in line with company guidelines
- Ensure timely invoice pay-outs by processing delivery paperwork
Skills & Experience:
- Experience in the car dealership/motor trade is essential
- Strong organizational skills
- Attention to detail is critical
- Excellent communication skills
- Team player with the ability to work independently
- Flexibility to work overtime during busy periods
- Self-driven and capable of minimal supervision
