Working Hours: Monday - Friday 14:00 - 22:00

Pay: 15.42 (Annual Salary 30069)

Reporting To:QA Manager

Are you passionate about food quality and safety Do you have an eye for detail and a drive for excellence We are looking for a QA Technician to join our dedicated team and help ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality safety and customer satisfaction.

Your Role:

As a QA Technician you will play a key role in maintaining the highest food safety and quality standards. Your responsibilities will include:

• Driving high-quality product and packaging standards
• Conducting compliance checks on finished products raw materials and packaging
• Performing gas pH weight label and sensory testing
• Preparing samples for chemical and microbiological analysis
• Assisting with corrective actions following non-conformances
• Conducting allergen CCP and production compliance checks
• Performing environmental swabbing water testing and temperature monitoring
• Supporting production teams to ensure adherence to food safety and quality procedures
• Attending and contributing to daily weekly and monthly meetings

What Were Looking For:

• Previous experience in a Quality Assurance role within food manufacturing
• Good understanding of BRC regulations HACCP and food safety legislation
• Qualifications: Level 2 Food Safety and Hygiene Level 1/2 HACCP (preferred but not essential)
• Enthusiastic self-motivated and flexible attitude
