Senior Architectural Technologist

Aztrum is delighted to be working with an established architectural practice based in Northampton who is looking to welcome a talented Senior Architectural Technologist to join the team based in Manchester. My clients specialise in a wide range of exciting projects across the Residential Commercial Retail Education Industrial and Healthcare sectorsoffering a rewarding opportunity for someone looking to make a real impact.
Key Responsibilities for this Senior Architectural Technologist role:
- Produce detailed technical drawings specifications and models using Revit and AutoCAD.
- Collaborate closely with architects engineers and consultants to develop efficient and buildable design solutions.
- Carry out site visits and surveys monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with current building regulations and design intent.
- Liaise with clients contractors and wider project teams to resolve technical challenges and ensure smooth project delivery.
Qualifications and Experience needed for this Senior Architectural Technologist role:
- A degree or HND in Architectural Technology or a related discipline.
- Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD with a solid understanding of BIM workflows.
- Sound knowledge of UK building regulations and technical standards.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent communication and technical drawing skills.
