Job Description:
Continuum Home Health Care is seeking a dependable and compassionate Home Caregiver to join our growing team. This part-time position primarily supports clients in the Twin Lake area with flexibility to cover nearby North Muskegon as needed.

Responsibilities:
Assist clients with personal care (bathing dressing grooming)
Provide mobility support and transfers
Offer companionship and emotional support
Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation
Maintain clear and professional communication with the office and family members
Document care provided in a timely and accurate manner
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of professional caregiving experience (home care assisted living or similar)
Must be able to start shifts at 6:00 AM
Available to work every other weekend
Reliable transportation and valid drivers license
Ability to pass background check
