Position: Senior QA Test Lead Selenium
Location: Dallas TX (Hybrid)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior QA Test Lead to manage testing activities across the software development lifecycle. This role focuses on agile processes and Selenium-based testing to ensure high-quality software delivery. The ideal candidate will lead testing strategy coordinate test execution and work closely with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead testing across projects using agile practices
- Design and execute test plans cases and scripts with Selenium
- Manage defect tracking and resolution
- Collaborate with development teams to support CI/CD efforts
- Perform functional regression and performance testing
- Mentor junior QA staff
- Report test results and progress to stakeholders
Required Skills:
- Strong experience with Selenium automation
- Expertise in agile methodologies
- Knowledge of software testing best practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Preferred
Certification: ISTQB Agile Tester Certification
