Job Title: Behavior Analyst in Training (BAT)
Location: Center Based- Fall River MA
Position Type:Full-Time
Compensation: Hourly (with access to free BCBA supervision hours direct & indirect)
We are seeking a passionate and motivated Behavior Analyst in Training (BAT) who is currently enrolled in or has completed an approved graduate program in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and is actively pursuing BCBA certification. This position is ideal for individuals who are in need of supervised fieldwork hours (both direct and indirect) to meet BACB requirements. The role offers free high-quality supervision from experienced BCBAs structured to support your growth ensure ethical and effective clinical practice and prepare you for the BCBA exam.
Under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) the BAT will:
Provide 1:1 direct ABA therapy to clients in a clinic setting.
Implement individualized treatment plans developed by the supervising BCBA.
Collect and record data on client progress using electronic systems.
Assist with functional behavior assessments (FBAs) preference assessments and skills assessments (e.g. VB-MAPP ABLLS-R).
Participate in treatment planning discussions and contribute to goal development.
Attend and actively engage in supervision meetings (individual and group).
Complete tasks that meet requirements for unrestricted hours including creating materialss analyzing data drafting reports staff training and research.
Communicate regularly with caregivers team members and supervisors in a professional and collaborative manner.
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to BACB ethics code and HIPAA regulations.
Bachelors degree required; enrolled in or completed a Masters program in ABA.
Actively pursuing BCBA certification and in need of supervised fieldwork hours.
Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
Strong communication organizational and time-management skills.
Must be reliable flexible and committed to ethical practice.
Ability to receive and apply constructive feedback.
