Physician Assistant (PA)
A Physician Assistant (PA) is needed in Wilkes-Barre PA

Salary and Benefits
- Salary: $105000 $120000 (based on experience)
- Opportunity to earn additional bonuses through an RVU-based productivity model
- Sign-On Bonus: Up to $10000

Responsibilities
- Monday Friday (8:00am 5:00pm) 2 weekend days per month substituted for a weekday off
- On-call responsibility by phone: One weekday per week & one weekend per month
- 100% outpatient providing primary care to patients of all ages
- 32 hours of patient care weekly averaging 3 patients per hour with occasional nursing home rounds.
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop treatment plans in a primary care setting.
- Educate patients on preventive care wellness strategies and disease management.
- Collaborate with support staff to ensure high-quality care
Requirements
- Compassionate Care
- Clear and Active Physician Assistant License
- NCCPA Board Certified Physician Assistant
- Primary care or internal medicine experience preferred
