JOB SUMMARYWholesale Distributor of clothing is seeking an outgoing and motivated individual to work in our inbound call center. This position demands that the individual display good abilities in communication written and verbal multitasking SOME sales abilities outstanding attendance and fast-paced learning. You will be entering orders most of the day. Hours are Monday to Thursday 9:30am to 5:35pm Friday 9:30 to 5:05pm. Full time. The candidate must be educated organized outgoing with proven background some computer skills. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Answer phones assist customers with order knowledge of product Help with samples mailer Sort pik tickets Mail invoices Track packages call tags RA# reships Excel sheets price comparison Web checks Other duties as assigned
