HVAC Sales Account Manager / HVAC Technical Sales / HVAC Sales Representative required to join a leading clean technology company based in Houston TX.
The HVAC Sales Account Manager / HVAC Technical Sales / HVAC Sales Representative professional will be responsible for driving new business managing high-value accounts and promoting cutting-edge Thermal Energy Storage solutions across temperature-controlled industries. The successful candidate will have a strong sales track record an entrepreneurial mindset and experience navigating complex technical B2B sales environments.
Package & Location:
- $70000 - $110000 Basic Salary with Commission and Bonus scheme
- Based in Houston TX

HVAC Sales Account Manager / HVAC Technical Sales / HVAC Sales Representative Responsibilities:
- Identify develop and close new business opportunities aligned with company growth strategy
- Present compelling proposals showcasing the value of Thermal Energy Storage technology
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective clients and channel partners
- Lead commercial negotiations and support large-scale project rollouts
- Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to ensure seamless implementation
- Attend industry trade shows and promote adoption in target markets
HVAC Sales Account Manager / HVAC Technical Sales / HVAC Sales Representative Requirements:
- 510 years of Sales or Sales Engineering experience
- Proven success in complex B2B sales and closing large contracts
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
- Experience in energy HVAC or sustainability-related markets
- Bachelors degree in Business or related field
- Spanish language skills a plus
