Job Description
The Opportunity:
IntePros Federal is looking for an enthusiastic client-focused Senior Cloud Engineer with experience in various technical services. The Senior Cloud Engineer should have an innovative mindset and excel in a role that manages the daily technical operations of over 15 bankruptcy systems within the Department of Justice (DOJ) United States Trustee Program (USTP). USTP is the DOJ component responsible for overseeing the administration of bankruptcy cases and private trustees. The Senior Cloud Engineer will support the AppSvc division of USTP with a variety of technical tasks troubleshooting and proactive problem-solving in an Azure Gov Services environment.

Locations:
- Local to the DMV area - Remote - may require occasional travel to customer site in Washington DC or IntePros Federal headquarters in Washington DC
Job Description:
Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Reduce backend infrastructure changes that do not impact user experience focusing instead on user-facing improvements
- Actively participate in a daily Kanban stand-up to review assigned tasks and request assistance from other team members as needed
- Assist with troubleshooting application outages
- Perform upgrades to applications in CI/CD pipeline - Atlassian applications SonarQube Sonatype etc.
- Enable upgrades to systems such as Bamboo Confluence Jira and Okta
- Provide feedback on planned AppSvc system modernization efforts from existing legacy systems by providing subject matter expertise
Required Skills/Certifications:
- 7 years experience with Azure tools
- Experience with Cosmos DB Azure Functions VMs application gateways authorization deployments and batch services
- Experience with OpenShift Red Hat Enterprise Linux and Windows Servers
- Experience with containerization
Desired Skills:
- Experience supporting a federal government agency
- Experience with Kubernetes
