- Wash and clean restoration equipment
- Mow and maintain the lawns around the property
- Trim and maintain the weeds around the property
- Maintain the appearance of the parking lot
- Make sure the lot is free of garbage and debris
- Make sure the area around dump trailers is free of debris nails screws glass and miscellaneous garbage
- Make sure areas around storage units are free of garbage and debris
- Wash and maintain company vehicles
- Make sure vehicle oil changes are completed
- Bring vehicles to scheduled maintenance appointments
- Wash windows inside and outside of buildings
- Clean office area
- Vacuum
- Take out garbage
- Clean desks
- Clean bathrooms
- Other tasks as assigned
- Strong work ethic
- Honest and accountable
- Detail oriented is a must
- Strong communication skills is a plus
- Valid Drivers License
- Occasionally - Lifting objects/property
- Constant- Walking standing and working with your hands
