The Uftring Auto Group is expanding our award-winning service teams!
We have a thorough but FAST hiring process!
The Mobile Service Technician considers the service vehicle as a mobile workshop. This vehicle carries all the tools they need to carry out most repairs. They work remotely performing PDIs updates recalls and basic maintenance on commercial and other vehicles.
PAY IS BASED ON EXPERIENCE AND BEGINS AT $19.00 TO $20.00 AN HOUR.

KEY RESPONSIBILITES:
- Perform multi-point safety inspections and examine vehicles to determine if additional work is necessary
- Perform routine maintenance and PDIs manufacturers updates including recalls
- Assist Lube Technicians and Service Technicians in the shop as directed.
- Attend training shop meetings and continue education provided by the manufacturer
QUALITIES FOR SUCCESS:
- Some mechanical experience with a major manufacturer is required
- Must have knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance including warranty guidelines
- Excellent customer interaction skills
- Ability to work independently
- Must possess a valid IL drivers license with an acceptable driving record

SCHEDULE: Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. until 4:30 p.m.
