Rize Home is seeking a dynamic candidate to fill our part-timeSr. HR Generalistopening. The ideal candidate for this role is looking to work less than 40 hours per week and will have a positive energetic approach to working in a highly collaborative environment. This positionwill run the day-to-day activities of the HR department including recruiting benefits leave and enforcing company policies and practices for all locations.

As the Sr. HR Generalist Heres What Youll Do: - Manage employee engagement strategy and implementation to maintain consistent branding alignment with business objectives and effective communication including via social media in partnership with marketing team and overseeing the publication of the company newsletter.
- Manage and facilitate Employee Engagement Surveys carefully analyzing data communicating results consulting key stakeholders and developing improvement plans to foster an inclusive engaged workplace.
- Support talent acquisition efforts by posting jobs screening candidates coordinating interviews and facilitating offers.
- Conduct new hire 30/60/90-day check-ins.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for employee relations providing guidance and support to managers and staff.
- Administer and manage core HR functions including recruitment onboarding benefits compensation performance management and offboarding.
- Ensure compliance with federal state and local employment laws and company policies.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies procedures and programs.
- Handle employee investigations disciplinary actions and conflict resolution in a fair and consistent manner.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HRIS systems.
- Provide coaching and support to managers on performance reviews development plans and employee engagement.
- Create learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees.
- Administer daily processing of benefits including but not limited to handling enrollments COBRA terminations changes disability rollovers loans and hardships.
- Process weekly payroll ensuring accuracy timeliness and compliance with wage and hour laws.
- Manage leave of absence requests and handle unemployment and workers compensation cases for multiple locations.
The Successful Candidate Will Have: - Bachelors degree in HR Management Business Administration or other related fields.
- 3 years of HR experience.
- Proficient skills in MS Office (Word PowerPoint Excel and Outlook)
- Experience with utilizing a HRIS
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Positive attitude with the ability to adapt to change while working with all team members.
