Hybrid workforce:

Experity offers Team Members the opportunity to work remotely or in an office. While this position allows remote work we require Team Members to live within a commutable distance from one of our locations to ensure you are available to come into the office as needed.

Job Summary:

The Sales Operations Analyst supports the systems tools and processes that power the Sales and Deal Desk teams. This role bridges daily execution with strategic improvementbuilding dashboards analyzing patterns and contributing to projects that improve accuracy speed and the sales representative experience.

Working alongside Sales Finance Legal and Revenue Operations the Analyst ensures data integrity assists with the contract and ticket queue and supports implementation of new tools and workflows. The ideal candidate is curious fluent in Salesforce and excited to improve how things workwithout losing sight of what needs to get done today.

This role is a key contributor within the Sales Operations function and reports to the Manager Sales Operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain dashboards in Salesforce to support rep performance sales forecasting pipeline hygiene and campaign tracking.
  • Support daily management of SalesOps HUD dashboards and contribute to the resolution of support tickets related to opportunities accounts ownership and disposition errors.
  • Assist with contract processing and document generation in Conga and Salesforce CPQ escalating complex scenarios as needed.
  • Conduct routine audits of Salesforce data to identify and resolve hygiene issues including ownership mismatches and duplicate records.
  • Analyze post-rollout adoption of sales tools (e.g. Rattle ) and recommend areas for optimization.
  • Identify friction in sales workflows and help translate anecdotal issues into data-backed improvements.
  • Document processes share insights and contribute to a library of playbooks and standard operating procedures.
  • Support tactical implementation of GTM projects led by Sales Operations or Revenue Operations leadership.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Education:

  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Travel:

  • Ability to travel as needed (minimal).

Experience:

  • Two years of experience in a Sales Sales Operations or Revenue Operations role.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM (as power user or admin).
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and Microsoft applications.
  • Excellent documentation habits and attention to detail.

Preferred:

  • Experience with Conga Salesforce CPQ or DemandTools.
  • Familiarity with sales engagement tools ( Outreach Salesloft).
  • Exposure to AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT OpenAI Claude) and interest in automation.
  • SaaS or healthcare technology experience is a plus.

Compensation:

  • Budgeted between $66900 and $85000 dependent upon years of applicable experience.

Our urgent care solutions include:

  • Electronic Medical Records (EMR): Software that healthcare providers use to input patient data such as medical history diagnoses treatment plans medications and test results.
  • Patient Engagement (PE): Software that shows patients the wait times at various clinics allows patients to reserve a spot in line if theres a wait and book the appointment.
  • Practice Management (PM): Software that the clinic front desk staff uses to register the patient once they arrive for their appointment.
  • Billing and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM): Software that manages coding billing and payer contracts for clinics so they dont have to.
  • Teleradiology: Board certified radiologist providing accurate and timely reads of results from X-rays CT scans MRIs and ultrasounds for our urgent care clients.
  • Consulting: Consulting services for urgent care clinics to assist with opening expanding and enhancing clients businesses
