Job Title:Junior Production and Material Planner
Pay Range:$25.50 - $30.00 Hourly
Location:City of Industry Los Angeles
What you will DO:
- Analyze and manage computer parts inventory levels using the companys systems spreadsheets etc.
- Allocate computer parts across assembly parties and warehouse locations for production.
- Provide support to product management by assisting in production forecasting issuing work orders and transferring orders to assembly parties.
- Assist in closing assembly orders and consigned parts orders in the system.
- Ensure timely delivery of assembly products by closely monitoring production lead times.
- Coordinate pickup arrangements between assembly parties and delivery truck companies.
- Manage parts RTV or RMA processes with internal departments and external assembly parties.
- Occasionally facilitate urgent parts delivery or pickup between warehouses.
What you will NEED:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of computer parts planning and production assistant experience.
- College degree preferred.
- Fluent in both English and Chinese (listening speaking reading and writing).
- Skilled user of Microsoft Excel Word Outlook and Google Docs.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
