What Youll Do
- Build authentic relationships with members and staff
- Lead a high-performing team with empathy and energy
- Drive membership and Personal Training growth and hit monthly targeted KPIs through service not sales pressure
- Keep the gym clean safe and welcoming
- Plan events and programs that bring the community together
- Manage budgets and operations with excellence
- Stay ahead of fitness trends and lead by example
