Overview
RiverView Health is a community owned membership based non-profit organization that was formed in 1898 and continues to be the sole community hospital in Crookston MN.
RiverView Health operates a 25 bed Critical Access Hospital RiverView Recovery Center; a chemical dependency outpatient treatment program RiverView Home Care and five primary care and specialty clinics in the hospitals service area.

Position Status:Non-Exempt PRN/Flex
Location: Crookston
Schedule: As Needed
Pay Range:$29.92 - $41.90 /per hour (DOE - based on experience)
We are seeking a reliable and flexibleRadiologic Technologistto join our Diagnostic Imaging team in aflex/on-callcapacity. This position is perfect for someone who is looking for occasional work and can help cover staffing needs due to vacations PTO short staffing weekends or holiday coverage. While hours are not guaranteed your support will be critical in ensuring continuity of patient care.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostic radiographic procedures in accordance with physician orders and established protocols.
- Operate imaging equipment safely and efficiently while ensuring optimal image quality.
- Prepare and position patients for procedures ensuring comfort and safety.
- Accurately document patient history and maintain proper imaging records.
- Follow radiation safety guidelines and infection control procedures.
- Communicate effectively with physicians patients and team members.
- Be available for flexible scheduling including weekends holidays or last-minute coverage needs.
- Uphold a patient-centered care approach and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
Other Responsibilities:
- Availability to be contacted for short-notice or scheduled coverage needs.

Qualifications
Required:
- Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
- ARRT (R) certification.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
Preferred(s):
- 1 years experience in a hospital or clinical setting
- 1 years of CT experience

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Collaboration and teamwork supporting team goals and contributes positively.
- Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to work independently.
