Job Description
GT was founded in 2019 by a former Apple Nest and Google executive.GTs mission is to connect the worlds best talent with product careers offered by high-growth companies in the UK USA Canada Germany and the Netherlands.
We are currently forming a network of experienced AI Consultants to join ongoing and upcoming projects with our global clients.
Examples of projects:
Developing a forecasting model to optimize ophthalmologist appointment scheduling across multiple clinics
Building a demand forecasting model to improve product availability and stock planning
Supporting discovery and other phases for AI initiatives across domains
Responsibilities:
Understand and translate end-user requirements into technical solutions
Develop solutions for semantic similarity NLP labeling clustering and vector search problems
Design and implement rapid proof-of-concept solutions
Participate in discovery stages with clients to define problem scope and solution approaches
Present work results and contribute ideas in team meetings
Create and maintain documentation for ML systems and processes
Stay current with ML/AI advancements and evaluate new techniques for potential implementation
Essential knowledge skills & experience (must-have):
At least 4 years of AI/ML experience
3 years of Python experience
Experience with Generative AI and LLMs
Experience in model deployment
Experience with similarity NLP labeling clustering and data cleaning solutions
Cloud platform experience (AWS GCP or Azure)
RAG techniques implementation
PyTorch
LlamaIndex or LangChain
Hugging Face Transformers
Experience with vector databases (Weaviate DB or Milvus db)
Time-series forecasting tools: Prophet ARIMA or TimeGPT
Pandas/NumPy for time-series data manipulation
LLM evaluation frameworks (e.g DeepEval)
Nice-to-have:
Databricks experience
Vector search kNN aNN search
GraphRAG implementation
Keyword extraction
Soft Skills:
Strong sense of ownership and accountability
Proactive attitude and ability to work independently
Clear and confident communication with both tech and non-tech stakeholders
Comfortable working in ambiguity and helping define requirements
