Your Role What You Can Expect:
Planning and execution of environmental tests for electrical/electronic (and mechanical) components:
Performing vibration and shock tests
Performing temperature and climate tests
Performing electrical tests
Performing thermography measurements on electronic components
Developing test specifications by applying and tailoring international and military standards
Design of test adapters for vibration tests or support of the design team
Preparation of test instructions and test reports
Developing internal test standards
Diagnosis of electrical and electronic components
Conducting weak-point analysis and preparation of solutions
Maintenance and repair of the testing systems
Qualifications and Skills:
Degree in electrical engineering or mechanical engineering
Several years of professional experience in development or design
Knowledge of environmental simulation and vibration theory
Knowledge of CAD (design) tools e.g. CREO
Knowledge of standards
Workmanship
Written and spoken English skills
Teamwork and communication skills
Independent and self-dependent work
