Votre futur rle

  • Soutenir le responsable des pensions et des avantages sociaux (TR P&B) dans la conception lamlioration et la mise en uvre continues des rgimes de retraite et des avantages sociaux.
  • Agir titre dexpert en matire davantages sociaux et de rgimes de retraite en rpondant aux questions des directeurs des ressources humaines des partenaires commerciaux en ressources humaines des employs des retraits et des syndicats sur les dispositions des rgimes et en rsolvant les problmes signals.
  • Diriger les processus de retraite (pension) de fin danne qui comprendront les lments suivants :
    • Examen et validation des dossiers davantages imposables et des gains ouvrant droit pension pour les rgimes prestations dfinies ; et
    • Coordination avec les administrateurs du rgime de retraite pour fournir tous les lments de donnes requis pour effectuer les calculs du facteur dquivalence en temps opportun.
    • Remplir les dpts gouvernementaux requis (dclarations de renseignements annuelles)
  • Analyser les cots/conomies dans les dcisions commerciales lors des ngociations de conventions collectives des rorganisations des ventes et acquisitions etc.
  • Aider la gestion financire des rgimes davantages sociaux en prparant des rapports budgtaires et prvisionnels pour la direction.
  • Assurer lintgrit des bases de donnes auprs de nos diffrents administrateurs et collaborer avec les diffrents intervenants pour assurer lexactitude des informations (Fournisseur de paie systme RH etc.)
  • Rdiger des communications destines aux RH la direction et aux employs concernant les programmes de retraite en tirant parti du courrier lectronique.
  • Aider Total Rewards Manager dans la gestion de projet grce une organisation efficace une documentation un suivi des progrs une gestion des dlais et une priorisation des tches.
  • Suivre le handicap et enrichir le tableau de bord de gestion du handicap

Votre profil

  • Baccalaurat en ressources humaines commerce statistiques mathmatiques actuarielles ou dans un domaine connexe
  • Minimum 5 ans dexprience pralable en retraite et avantages sociaux
  • Connaissance des programmes davantages sociaux des employs et des rgimes de retraite prestations et cotisations dfinies ainsi que des lois et rglements lis au Canada.
  • Matrise du franais et de langlais

La connaissance dune autre langue que le franais est un atout pour faciliter les changes avec nos partenaires fournisseurs collgues et clients Qubec le franais reste la langue de travail principale de notre entreprise.

Your future role

  • Support the Pension and Benefit (TR P&B) manager with the ongoing design enhancement and implementation of pension plans and benefits.
  • Act as an expert related to employee benefits and pension plans by providing answers to questions from HR Directors HR Business Partners employees retirees and unions on plan provisions and resolve escalated issues
  • Lead the year-end retirement (pension) processes which will include the following:
    • Review and validation of taxable benefits files and pensionable earnings for Defined Benefit Plans; and
    • Coordination with the pension plan administrators to provide all required data elements to complete Pension Adjustment calculations in a timely manner.
    • Completing required governmental filings (Annual Information Returns)
  • Analyze costs/savings in business decisions during collective bargaining agreement negotiations reorganizations sales & acquisitions etc
  • Assist with the financial management of the benefit plans by preparing budget and forecast reports for management
  • Ensure integrity of the databases with our various administrators and collaborate with the various stakeholders to ensure the accuracy of the information (Payroll vendor HR system etc.)
  • Draft communications for HR management and employees regarding retirement programs leveraging email.
  • Assist Total Rewards Manager with project management through effective organization documentation tracking progress managing deadlines and prioritization of tasks.
  • Monitor disability and enhance the management disability dashboard

All about you

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Statistics Actuarial Mathematics or related area
  • Minimum 5 years prior experience in Pension & Benefits
  • Knowledge of employee benefit programs and defined benefit and defined contribution pension plans as wellof laws and regulations related to Canada
  • Fluent in French and English

Knowledge of a language other than French is an asset to facilitate communication with our partners suppliers colleagues and international Quebec French remains the primary working language of our company.
