Director of Senior Behavioral Health
Full-Time 40 hours per week; Monday-Friday
Location: Nebraska

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced healthcare professional to join our clients team as the Director of Senior Behavioral Health. This leadership position involves planning implementing and evaluating the delivery of nursing care to patients in our Senior Behavioral Health unit. The successful candidate will provide managerial support supervise and evaluate nursing and patient care personnel and actively contribute to the overall success of the unit.
Responsibilities:
- Plan implement and evaluate the delivery of nursing care to patients in the Senior Behavioral Health unit.
- Provide managerial support in collaboration with the program director by supervising and evaluating all nursing and patient care personnel.
- Contribute to the unit nursing and hospital through a commitment to nursing goals supervision of nursing staff and participation in the communication relations program.
- Actively participate in quality metrics and performance improvement initiatives for the unit.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of Behavioral Health experience.
- Previous management/leadership experience is advantageous.
- Current NE RN license BLS & ACLS certifications are required.
- Crisis Prevention Certification is a must.
- Masters degree in a relevant field or ability to obtain one within 3 years.
