Job Description
Elim Shores Independent and Assisted Living a Cassia community is hiring aDirector of Housingto join the team inEden Prairie MN.If youre ready for a change of pace that allows you to utilize your leadership skills in a fun and family comes first stress free environment that boasts super low staff turnover and no pool or agency usage environment then you owe it to yourself to check us out!
The successful candidate will preferably have at least one - two years previous experience in housing or property management ideallyworking with aging addition a BA degree related to long term care or housing current knowledge of legal requirements related to housing basic knowledge of computer hardware/software and excellent oral and written communication skills are required in this position.
Position Type:Full-Time
Wage Range:$72000 - $85000 Annually depending on experience

Director of Housing Responsibilities:
- Managethe day-to-day operations of a senior housing building.
- Display an understanding ofconfidentiality for resident information and vulnerable adult issues.
- Oversee the facility financial performance.
- Oversee staff development hiring practices in-service training sessions performance feedback and promote a strong teamwork environment.
- Maintain and manage state and federal regulations to ensure compliance.
- Participate in development of strategic long-range plans for the community and our organization.
Director of Housing Qualifications:
- BA or BS degree in Health Gerontology or Business Administration required.
- Must be a Licensed Assisted Living Director (LALD)
- Previous experience in business management emphasis on property management preferred.
- 1-2 years staff supervisory experience preferred.
- Understanding of the comprehensive home care rules and regulations a must.
