The selected candidate must have a proven ability to act as a business integrator support leadership in managing operations mitigating risks and maintaining an effective operating rhythm. Additionally the candidate must be efficient at developing and implementing innovative strategies for engaging and acquiring top talent while fostering collaborative relationships and driving initiatives that enhance the recruitment process and contribute to organizational success. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for innovation evidenced by the development of creative strategies and a commitment to continuous improvement initiatives that drive organizational success. They will also be highly adaptable and comfortable navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities in a fast-paced collaborative environment effectively supporting leadership in achieving organizational goals

Position Responsibilities:

  • Monitor processes to identify risks and lead project teams in designing and implementing effective process improvements

  • Oversee the project management of the annual university recruiting schedule to ensure timely execution

  • Establish and maintain a structured cadence by planning and organizing day-to-day meetings

  • Plan facilitate and actively participate in daily leadership meetings and strategic workshops

  • Prepare executive summary presentations incorporating data visualization to effectively communicate insights to various stakeholders

  • Collect organize and analyze internal and external data to identify trends key performance indicators and assess hiring status ensuring compliance with data storage regulations; develop conclusions and recommendations from appropriate data sources.

  • Collaborate with leadership to develop and integrate programs and strategies that align with business objectives

  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate commitments identify risks and opportunities and create effective mitigation plans

  • Manage and update operational tools including servers distribution lists websites SharePoint and Smartsheet to enhance efficiency

  • Develop and implement innovative communication techniques to engage and attract potential candidates

  • Provide coaching and mentorship to less experienced team members to foster their professional growth

  • Serve as a liaison with international team members to facilitate collaboration and alignment on recruiting efforts

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

BasicQualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 5 years of experience in project management

  • 5 years of experience working on cross-functional projects

  • 5 years of experience in implementing process improvement and/or strategy improvements

  • 5 years of experience supporting senior or executive leadership with a proven track record of safeguarding sensitive and confidential information

  • 5 years of experience developing and delivering impactful presentations to senior leaders effectively communicating complex information

  • 5 years of experience collecting and analyzing data from multiple sources as well as interpreting data and presenting analysis and recommendations to management

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelors degree or higher in Human Resources Business Administration or Project Management or a relevant field

  • Experience utilizing data visualization softwares (e.g. Tableau or Power BI)

  • Experience utilizing Smartsheet software

  • Experience with MS Office Suite (Outlook Word MS Project Excel PowerPoint SharePoint)

  • Experience working within talent acquisition
