One of our trusted CPA firm clients in Woodland Hills is urgently seeking a Tax Manager to join their growing team. If youre a licensed CPA or EA with strong leadership skills and deep tax expertise across multiple entity types this could be a great fit.
What Youll Do:
Serve as a client-facing leader building and maintaining strong relationships
Prepare and review individual partnership S-Corp and C-Corp tax returns
Mentor train and motivate junior staff and help lead the team
Play a key role in ensuring quality control and timely delivery of work
Support firm leadership in managing workflow and maintaining service excellence
What Were Looking For:
CPA or EA designation (required)
Prior experience in public accounting at the Manager level or strong Senior looking to step up
Experience with Lacerte or CCH preferred
Proven ability to manage clients and staff
Excellent communication and organizational skills
