Job Description
- Formulate objectives calculate costs and understand requirements for the MIB lines
- Organize the cutting and MIB workflow to meet specifications and deadlines
- Monitor production to resolves issues
- Determine number of necessary resources (workforce raw materials etc.) needed to ensure output meets quality standards and required work orders
- Enforce safety precautions
- Provide required training to personnel
- 5-7 years of production supervisory experience
- Knowledge of production management
- Understanding of quality standards and health and safety practices/regulations
- Knowledge on performance evaluation and personnel management
- Budgeting concepts
- Proficient in MS FK SAP Allen Bradley ERP software
- Communication organizational and leadership skills
- Strong decision-making skills
- Results driven approach
- Expertise in foam and cutting machines
