We work in a hybrid model and are seeking a brilliant A player to join our Financial Operations group in this critical role.
Role Overview
As a member of the U.S. Financial Operations function that issues over $1 billion in client invoices annually the Coordinator: Billing supports the Billing Analysts and Lead Revenue Specialists through the monthly invoicing cycle. The Coordinator: Billing supports the Firms invoicing cycle through execution of administrative and clerical tasks. Key responsibilities include editing documents performing process steps generating reports disseminating information contributing to projects and other assignments. Critical position requirements are accurate and timely work and team and service mindsets. Performs edits to draft client invoices; executes other tasks throughout the invoice preparation process.

The typical pay scale for this position is between $58200 and $76900 although the actual wage or salary could be lower or higher if the candidates education experience skills and internal pay alignment are different from those specified.
