Position type: HourlyMi-Tech Tungsten Metals is looking for skilled manual machinists to work 2nd or 3rd shift. The ideal candidate will be able to operate tools and equipment to produce precision metal pieces. Be able to set up machinery to perform accurate measurements to meet required specifications.
Requirements:
Read and interpret mechanical drawings and technical documents
Strong knowledge of machine tools and machining operations
Knowledge of measuring tools (calipers micrometers gauges indicators)
Precision and attention to detail
Qualifications:
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to set up machines and make changes as needed
Able to work as a team
3-5 years experience - Preferred
