Region Managing Director - US LATAMJob Summary:
Oversee a single Warehouse Distribution Facility and ensure strict adherence with the operations to policies and required standards of health safety quality and integrity. Deliver on business goals and plans and is accountable for operational performance for operations under their direction.
The work model for this role is: Onsite in Easton PA
Responsibilities/Activities
- Responsible for developing business action plans that align to HUB strategy and targets. Monitor implementation and tracks any deviations for corrective action.
- Ensures achievement of established targets through oversight and definition of improvement actions as needed. Focuses on key metrics and is accountable for managing to annual goals for each metric as well as overall budget.
- Ensures continuous improvement projects are in place so that the highest level of operational performance can be met.
- Fosters a culture of continuous improvement employee involvement and open communications.
- Responsible for meeting customer requirements for OTD lead time quality and safety.
- Partner with the Sales/Product Management teams to provide customers with up-to-date information as well as assist in determining solutions for the customers needs.
- Creates and maintains a positive work environment through building effective capable and high performing teams. Develops talent through active coaching and counseling.
- Prepares and reports out to Vice President Operations Distribution Network on facility performance on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Develops and implements operations cadences within facilities to ensure accurate communication project management and corrective action activities are taking place.
- Responsible for scheduling staging and expediting of product.
- Streamlining floor activities and improving warehouse organization and throughput.
- Resolving productivity problems and developing ways to minimize recurrence.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in business or related field
- 8 years progressive experience in the business-related functions and/or 5 years experience in operations/warehouse management
- Distribution experience is necessary.
- Ability to communicate complex concepts via presentations for senior level audiences.
- Change Management experience.
- Proven experience in developing teams.
- Sound business acumen
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA or relevant masters degree

While base salary is determined by things such as the successful applicants qualifications and experience this position is expected to pay between $116200 and $185920 annually and is eligible for a short-term incentive plan/annual bonus.
