Job Description
LEARNING AND CAPABILITY DEVELOPMENT (TRAINING) ASSOCIATE
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of Psychology Business Administration or Human Resource Development Management
- Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- A strong interest in training and development - someone who finds genuine joy in facilitating and conducting training programs
- Familiar with training technology and tools such as LMS e-learning software virtual classroom platforms and multimedia editing tools
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in planning coordinating and delivering in-house training programs.
- Help create learning materials and monitor participant feedback
- Collaborate with HR and department heads to identify training needs.
