Are you a strategic HR leader ready to make a lasting impact in one of Moroccos most vibrant hospitality destinations Rabat Marriott Hotel is seeking a Director of Human Resources to champion our people-first culture and drive excellence across all facets of talent management.
As a key member of our Executive Committee youll work directly with the General Manager and collaborate with regional HR leadership to shape the future of our workforce. This is more than a jobits a chance to lead with purpose innovate with passion and grow with a global brand known for excellence.
What Youll Do:- Lead HR Strategy: Translate business goals into impactful HR initiatives that support our brand and property vision.
- Drive Talent Excellence: Oversee recruitment succession planning and performance development to build a high-performing diverse team.
- Champion Culture & Engagement: Foster a workplace where associates thrive feel valued and are empowered to grow.
- Shape Compensation & Recognition: Design competitive compensation strategies and recognition programs that reward excellence.
- Coach & Develop Leaders: Be a trusted advisor to department heads and a mentor to HR team members.
- Be a Change Agent: Lead transformation initiatives that enhance employee experience and business outcomes.
- A degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR leadership within hospitality or a similar dynamic environment.
- A strategic thinker with strong interpersonal and coaching skills.
- Passion for people culture and operational excellence.
