Job Title SailPoint Business AnalystKey Responsibilities:Requirement Gathering & Analysis:Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document detailed functional and non-functional requirements for SailPointAnalyze current IAM processes identify gaps and propose future state business needs into technical specifications user stories and acceptance Solution Design & Configuration:Lifecycle Management (LCM): Design and configure LCM processes (joiner mover leaver) access requests and approval/provisioning : Develop and optimize complex workflowsProvisioning & De-provisioning: Implement automated provisioning/de-provisioning strategies for target applications via Onboarding: Lead the technical onboarding of enterprise applications including connector configuration and attribute -Based Access Control (RBAC): Support the design and implementation of roles entitlements and access Certifications: Configure and manage access certification Documentation & Support:Create comprehensive documentation (FDDs TDDs process flows training materials).Provide operational support troubleshooting and in the execution of test plans (UAT SIT).Stakeholder Management & Communication:Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical complex technical concepts ServiceNow tickets related to IAM & Optimization:Support the implementation of process automationParticipate in integrating privileged access management (PAM) solutions
